- Accurately measure and cut granite to job specifications using a tape measure and shop diagrams.
- Operate and feed polishing and beveling machines.
- Cut granite to length after processing, ensuring precision and adherence to design.
- Manage the proper flow of tops to stay on production schedule.
- Select and utilize appropriate tooling for CNC-based machinery.
- Participate in preventative maintenance for CNC equipment.
- Maximize production efficiency while minimizing remakes.
- Assist in process development related to CNC routers.
- Adjust and dress CNC tooling as needed.
- Strong ability to read and interpret shop diagrams and tape measurements.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to measure in standard or metric units.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and openness to process improvement.
- Interest in or exposure to CNC machinery and fabrication processes.

Work Environment
Wet and dirtier work environment with swing shift hours: Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $19.55/hr.
