Set up machines by adjusting temperature, airflow, speed, and tension to match job specs.

Load raw materials using hydraulic lift or hand crank.

Add coating mixes manually or via pump per order requirements.

Perform visual inspections and quality checks during production.

Input material data into QAD system for inventory tracking.

Make necessary machine adjustments during operation to ensure quality output.

Use basic tools (e.g., hammer, screwdriver) for minor maintenance.

Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.

High School Diploma or GED.

12–18 months of machine operating experience preferred.

Able to lift 70 lbs solo; up to 200 lbs with assistance.

Able to read job orders and perform basic math conversions.
-
Comfortable working near moving parts, heat, and dust.

Must follow safety procedures in a moderate-to-loud factory setting.
Machine Operator – Coating
Pay: $24.20/hr ($22.00/hr + 10% 2nd shift differential)
Hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Training: 1st or 2nd shift
Location: Worcester, MA 01605
