- Set up and operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) routers to cut various materials

- Review set up sheets, secure materials, and mount the specified router and drill bits while observing machine operations for proper functioning

- Install machine control disk while manually adjust ing feed and speed manually as needed

- Utilize DNC software to program and use established programs for machine operation
- Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering to coordinate machine operations

- Suggest improvements in machine sequencing, feeds, speeds, and parts layout
- Tool Usage

- Use hand tools ( e.g. shears, ratchets, drills) for work completion

- O perate moving equipment for staging and other job-related functions
- High School education, GED, or a Bronze Level WorkKeys certification is required
- 18 months of routing or directly related fabrication experience, including one year of CNC Machine Operation
- Knowledge of MOO , M, and G code is helpful
- 401K company match + additional annual contribution equal to 4% of eligible compensation
- $3,000 annual lump sum payment eligibility per contract
- Annual cost of living adjustment up to $1,500 per contract
- Automatic increases of $0.30/hr every 3 months up to top of grade per contract
