      Responsibilities:
      • Setting mounting of camera and light to get good vision image.
      • Camera focus and aperture setting to get good vision image.
      • Camera teaching
      • Vision testing and application proving.
      • Camera and PLC communication tag configuration, testing with PLC communication.
      • Vision R&R and capability proving.
      • Expertise in their vision tools and programming.
      • Knowledge about lighting for machine vision and light effects.
      • Camera selection, camera adjustments, Lens selection.
      • Knowledge and experience in proving various vision applications.
      • Vision applications for robotics applications.
      • Good documentation, presentation, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to handle challenging customer situations
      • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial automation systems.

      Technical Proficiencies Required:
      • Vision Programming: Cognex Insight easy builder, Cognex insight spreadsheet, Etherinpect.

      Additional Optional:
      • Keyence, Fanuc Vision (2D, 3D, 3DL, 3DV), ABB Flex Vision.

      Qualifications/Experience:
      • Bachelor's degree in electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
      • 3- 5 years vision programming.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
