Job Description

WMT pre-apprenticeship program is designed to give interested seniors the opportunity to discover careers in the manufacturing industry. This program includes hands-on training with the potential to join our team at the end of the program.
Worthington Steel will work to educate students by combining career readiness skills training, in areas such as safety, communications, problem solving, with hands-on techniques they will use in their day-to-day work.
Students will spend time working on the Machine Shop floor. Students go to work during the school year and learn the same skills as our entry level employees.
