- Operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, with precision and accuracy.
- Perform set-ups and changeovers, approximately 5-10 times per day.
- Utilize micrometers and calipers to ensure measurements meet tight tolerances.
- Input and edit blueprint and diagram information into machines for changeovers.
- Work independently as a motivated self-starter.
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines and other equipment.
- 2+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with CNC lathe, live tooling, and VTL/VTM machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong math skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Experience with micrometers, calipers, and inspection equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with Advanced One-touch IGF programming.
- Knowledge of Okuma and Mazatrol systems.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks and Fusion360.
- Trade schooling or certifications are preferred.
- Experience in high-speed machining and grinding equipment.
- Strong tenure at previous roles is a plus.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CNC machining, including CNC lathes, live tooling, VTL, VTM, and a solid understanding of 3D modeling and CAD/CAM software. You should be proficient in using inspection equipment and possess strong math skills. The ability to read blueprints and basic computer skills are required. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 35 pounds consistently, standing for extended periods, and wearing safety shoes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $58240.00/yr.
