      About the role

      The Lae T-11 facility is a unique establishment in Papua New Guinea, specializing in the manufacturing, storage, and distribution of explosive materials for our mining and quarrying partners.

      Situated in Lae, the Magazine Keeper holds a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, stock control, storage, and product distribution.

      What you will be doing

      • Receiving raw materials and finished products;
      • Overseeing inventory, conducting stocktaking, and managing reconciliation.
      • Assisting in maintaining optimal stock levels.
      • Packing and receipting customer orders.

      The role will operate on a Monday to Friday, 5/2 roster.

      What you will bring

      • Firstly, and most importantly, you share our core value of ‘Safety is our priority, Always’;
      • Previous experience in a dangerous goods environment in transport, warehousing and operating plant and equipment would be highly regarded;
      • Literacy and numeracy skills are essential;
      • Experience with stock inventory.
      • High attention to detail.
      • Commitment to operating and working in a safe workplace, and speaking up when you foresee potential risks; and
      • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
