      Our company, IST Management Services, is seeking an energetic & dynamic individual with a background in customer care and a strong passion in serving others to join our amazing team as a Mail Center Support Associate. This position is located in Kingwood, TX and will consist of various mail related duties, including shipping & receiving, processing and delivering inbound/outbound mail & packages, heavy lifting, etc, all performed within a corporate working environment. The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented & process driven with a background and focus in customer service and willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career!

      Hourly Compensation: $13.00 - $13.00 USD per hr(DOE)

      Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

      Responsibilities

      The Mail Center Support Associate position will perform various mail-related duties including shipping & receiving, processing and delivering inbound/outbound mail & packages, heavy lifting, and etc. Additional responsibilities include:

      • Sorting and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail
      • Processing inbound and outbound shipments for delivery
      • Operating mail and duplicating equipment
      • Metering outbound postal mail
      • Handling time-sensitive material, confidential, urgent packages
      • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
      • Taking direction from Supervisor or Manager

      Qualifications

      The qualifications for the Mail Center Support Associate position must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background and focus in customer service and willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career. Additional qualifications include:

      • A valid and current Driver's License
      • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
      • Professional appearance and demeanor
      • Excellent attendance and punctuality
      • Lifting up to 50 lbs with aid
      • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
      • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
