Sort inter-office mail to proper recipient and/or department
Transport inbound and outbound mail volume (up to 50 lbs.) through the use of a mail cart to internal departments and customers located within a three block radius (may be subjected to inclement weather – rain, snow, heat and cold)
Maintain accountability of tracked mail pieces by scanning and obtaining signatures upon delivery
Assess outbound mail type and process under proper class and rate; allocate postage expense to appropriate department/cost center
Perform other duties as assigned
Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and meet Commerce Bank’s driving record criteria; ongoing employment may be contingent upon meeting all driving requirements.
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ year experience in a related field required

Compensation Range
Hourly: $14.55 - $16.80 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to identify incoming mail from USPS and sort in a timely and accurate manner.
