About This Opportunity This position will be responsible for returned card/mail management and processing for all Financial Services Products, IIS products, etc. for the United States and Canada, all incoming/outgoing mail and faxes for the Columbus Office, and manual replacements of financial products for BOL orders, fraud and dispute cases. Responsibilities Sign for incoming registered or certified mail Pick up mail from PO Box (under dual control) Sort mail by department, location or category (e.g. bills, notices, personal) and scan to appropriate teams Stamp and record date of receipt and sender’s name Keep records of incoming packages, including their weight, return address and description Collect and prepare correspondence to be mailed (e.g. applying appropriate stamps, verifying addresses) Correct and reforward misdirected mail Arrange for express delivery when needed Distribute mail to individuals or departments Process print/scan requests along with all other mail room functions Process replacements for fraud and dispute cases and manage undeliverable replacements. Special Handling for specific business partners’ returned mail. Aide in returned mail automation, correct issues, and work rejects. Review reporting for CPI and MT&L, create a comparison report against all returned cards and report anomalies. Process requests for customers requiring a manual statement. Manage undeliverable checks.
