Program Manager
JOB SUMMARY:

This job is responsible to strategically and operationally drive a complex program, ensuring its successful delivery within budget, on time, and to the required quality. They wear many hats, acting as a visionary leader, problem solver, communicator, and collaborator. Their goal is to maximize the program's value to the organization by bringing together diverse teams, resources, and activities to achieve a shared objective.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and Scope:

Define program goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop a program charter and roadmap.
Break down the program into manageable projects.
Identify and manage dependencies between projects.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Manage resources and allocation across projects.

Execution and Monitoring:

Track progress against plans and identify risks and issues.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies for risks and issues.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
Manage changes to the program scope, schedule, and budget.
Report on program performance to stakeholders.
Ensure program compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Stakeholder Management:

Identify and engage key stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communication.
Resolve conflicts and disputes between stakeholders.
Secure stakeholders buy-in for program decisions.
Advocate for the program and its value to the organization.

Leadership and Team Management:

Provide leadership and direction to project managers and team members.
Motivate and inspire teams to achieve program goals.
Develop and coach team members.
Build and maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Developing and implementing risk management plans.
Conducting change management activities.
Identifying and leveraging opportunities for continuous improvement.
Evaluating the program's impact and success.

MUST HAVE :

9-12 years' overall experience
Atleast 3 years of experience in following:
Source Code Management through GitLab
Experience in Urban Code Build & Deploy tools
Knowledge in Mainframe
Python Scripting
Shift:
Ability to work in shift till 3.30am IST. Work in Hybrid is provided.

GOOD TO HAVE:

Knowledge in Pega
Knowledge in Informatica
Knowledge in Phire
Knowledge in IDz tool (Mainframe)
Database structures and queries
3-5 years in Lean/Six Sigma
ITSM certified Service Manager
