  Bring your Maintenance Tech experience to Icons American and make an impact immediately. We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Tech to join one of the fastest-growing companies in the local area. Do you have 2 years of experience? Ready to make $52,000-$62,400? If so, let's talk! The shift is Monday through Thursday from 6:00pm to 6:00am.

  Responsibilities
  
  • Install, set up, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and equipment
  • Diagnose malfunctions using test equipment
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
  • Establishes and maintains the set points to produce high quality finished goods at the
  optimum cycle.
  • Document repairs in the software tracking systems
  • Daily maintenance and repairs to plastics injection mold machinery, robots, specialized
  machinery, packaging machinery and plant equipment as required
  • Work closely with production to support and service equipment according to production
  and maintenance schedule
  • Records and schedules preventive maintenance, parts, and other materials used to
  complete tasks
  • Able to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic
  problems on IMM, robots and machinery and supportive equipment
  • Perform complex control troubleshooting, sensors, PLC, wiring, etc.
  • Perform proper start-up and shut-down of all plant equipment (i.e. chiller, compressors, air
  handlers, boilers).
  • Lead and/or manage special projects and upgrades as required
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Fosters an environment that promotes CTL Packaging goals, philosophies, and
