Pay: $24.00/hr

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

• Customer/Vendor Access (buildings, core rooms, fitness center lockers)
• Signage Placement POC for all access

Daily Courtyards/Parking - Courtyard (10), Parking Lots & Trash Enclosures (6)

• Condition Inspection / Input Work Orders
• Check trash enclosures/pallets/trash
• Set up/Uncover Games Monday
• Put Away Games on Friday
• Cover / Uncover BBQs

Event Management:

• POC for inquiries related to Conference Center and The Commons at UCI Research Park Manage Angus Reservation requests and obtain detail for event requirements Manage WO, POs
• Extra Services and associated Billbacks Ensure IC’s interests in The Commons at UCIRP and Amenities are maintained Block off space, parking and set up / Take Down Delineators for Cones for events Event Set Up - IC Furniture Only AV Set Up & Assistance Pre and post event inspections Special Services
• POC - (Port-a-Potty/Security/Janitorial/ Parking) Communicate with all UCIRP team for high-profile and large events
