- Perform general machine repair and preventive Maintenance procedures for all Hatchery equipment in the Hatchery
- Operate a Forklift and/or Aerial lift for equipment transfer, storage and/or assembly
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must have had skills verification and demonstrated some mechanical abilities
- Must be able to use hand and power tools
- Must be able to be trained and certified to operate a forklift, and aerial lift
- Must be able to read and understand maintenance and work schedules, PMs, and daily/weekly worksheets
- Previous Maintenance experience is preferred
- Experience with equipment troubleshooting, mechanical systems, plumbing, and welding is preferred
- Previous Cargill experience
- Work history in the past 12 months
