  W orking as a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations) within our Memory Care, you will:

  • Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of our residents through maintenance

  • Be responsible for preventive maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings and equipment

  • Make repairs in occupied apartments, as well as repaint and shampoo carpets in turnover unit

  • Actively participate as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals

  • Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

  Job Type:

  • Full Time

  • Monday - Friday

  • 8:30am - 5:00pm

  $17.00 - $18.50/hour
  *Depending on Experience
