      Description

      The Maintenance Coordinator serves as in-office support for the field service technicians. This position is responsible for administering the collection and compilation of information for billing. Issuing, scheduling, processing & tracking the completion of work orders. Serve in a support role for the Maintenance Manager with various projects.

      Duties include but are not limited to:

      • Identify opportunities for additional property association maintenance work and build new relationship with customers.
      • Communicate vital maintenance information as it relates to property association managers and other customers.
      • Utilize technology provided including software, mobile devices, email and other resources.
      • Serve as in-office assistance for the maintenance & construction field technicians.
      • Administer the collection and compilation of work order information for billing.
      • Scheduling, dispatching, processing & tracking the completion of property association work orders.
      • Schedule special construction & maintenance projects.
      • Answer and be conversant in maintenance items related to customer service calls, reviewing work papers, scheduling work orders and general support of a field service team.
      • Proficient in helping create cost proposals for maintenance and construction projects.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

      • Associates Degree Preferred.
      • 2+ years of maintenance coordination experience, scheduling, dispatching, estimating, customer service, and clerical experience.
      • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
      • Customer service focused and team oriented.
      • Self-motivated, proactive, takes the initiative, with strong follow-up skills.
      • Project management, time management, and time critical prioritization skills.
