      Key Responsibilities:

      MAIN MISSIONS:

      • Maintain the operation and availability of machines, tools, automation, and support mechanisms.
      • Supervise the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance of all production equipment to achieve product quality and production volume, respecting deadlines and costs.
      • Establish plans to improve the availability of equipment.

      Supply and development of technical production equipment:

      • Assign the necessary tools for their proper functioning to each production equipment.
      • Launch the necessary orders to ensure the change of spare parts.

      Corrective Maintenance:

      • Organize and coordinate all tasks assigned to corrective maintenance technicians.
      • Determine intervention priorities.

      Preventive Maintenance:

      • Develop preventive maintenance plans, specifying intervention frequencies.

      Coordination:

      • Collaborate with the HSE manager to ensure that the production equipment meet environmental, health, and safety standards.
      • Establish purchase orders for the items necessary for the proper maintenance of the facilities and equipment.
      • Ensure the proper management of the spare parts store.
      • Supervise the work carried out in terms of corrective and preventive maintenance.
      • Analyze the consumption costs of machine spare parts.
      • Analyze intervention reports.
      • Comply with HSE rules according to the seven key elements and ISO 14001.

      Key skills and Qualifications:

      • Technical degree (Bac +2/+ 5) in Maintenance / Engineering.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance coordination or a similar role.
      • Exceptional attention to detail.
      • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
      • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
      • High level of ownership and independence.
      • Proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritizing work effectively.
      • Respect of the quality and HSE system requirements
      • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
      • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
