Job Description

Become a part of the "Bath-Built is Best Built" tradition. As a Maintenance Custodian maintains cleanliness of facilities including offices, areas throughout the buildings, grounds keeping and snow removal.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Lawn mowing (riding and walk behind)
• Hedge trimming and weed whacking
• Landscaping
• Groundskeeping
• Office cleaning
• Bathroom/shower cleaning
• Operate shampooer
• Operate buffing machines
• Wax application
• Street sweeper
• Recycling
• Snow and ice removal (everywhere) and hand shoveling

Hiring for all shifts:

1st: 7:00am - 3:30pm

2nd: 3:30pm - 11:30pm

3rd: 10:00pm - 6:00am

The pay range for this position ranges from $24.50/hr - $26.50/hr.

Required/Preferred Education/Training

- High School Diploma or GED

Required/Preferred Experience

Preferred:

- Drivers license

- Experience performing janitorial cleaning in an industrial/commercial environment

- Experience operating lawn care equipment

- Knowledge of floor stripping, waxing and buffing processes- Knowledge of janitorial duties and standards - Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and sanitizing processes- Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certified- Must be able to meet and perform to the requirements of the physical task analysis
