84 hours Bi-weekly (twelve-hour shifts-Pitman Schedule)
Overall support of the production lines to optimize up time
Responding to equipment breakdowns/troubleshooting faults
Strong troubleshooting skills in an industrial environment
Thorough knowledge of instrumentation and control systems
Experience working with PLCs and VFDs
Operation/maintenance of Ammonia Refrigeration System, Boiler, Air Compressors, HVAC etc.
Supporting other maintenance staff/trades as required
Completion of planned maintenance during production downtime
Use of a CMMS for completing assigned as well as unplanned work
Capable of working in a fast-paced team oriented processing and manufacturing environment working rotating shifts with occasional overtime, weekend work and on-call duties.
Interprovincial Industrial Electrician license – Journeyman status (may consider other license based on experience)
2nd Class Refrigeration Plant Operator or 3rd Class Power Engineer considered an asset
