- The Maintenance Specialist ET is responsible for conducting planned maintenance activities, installing, maintaining, and operating all plant electrical systems.
- The role involves troubleshooting and programming PLCs, observing safety regulations, and ensuring GMP and quality standards are met to maintain efficient production flow.
- Install, maintain, and operate all plant electrical systems, including switch gear, high/low voltage systems, drives, parts, and lighting.
- Set up electronic equipment for scheduled production runs.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electronic equipment, such as wiring, scales, and metal detectors.
- Troubleshoot and program PLCs and encoder systems, including wiring.
- Conduct daily/weekly electrical preventive maintenance.
- Fabricate custom electronic parts as needed.
- Implement safety devices on production lines.
- Electrical troubleshooting to diagnose, maintain, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Preventive maintenance to ensure equipment functionality and minimize downtime.
- Experience with wiring and running conduit for special projects or installations.
- Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints.
- PLC certification preferred.
- Knowledge of plant safety, GMPs, and confined spaces.
- Familiarity with electronic testing equipment and planned maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and prints.

The pay range for this position is $39.07 - $39.07/hr.
