      Maintenance Engineer (f/m/d)


      In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of machinery, equipment, and technical systems.

      Your Responsibilities

      • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities for production facilities, machinery, and technical equipment
      • Analyzing equipment malfunctions, conducting fault diagnostics, and developing solution strategies to optimize equipment availability
      • Implementing preventive maintenance programs and creating maintenance schedules to ensure smooth equipment operation
      • Collaborating closely with various departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement, to optimize equipment maintenance and minimize production downtime
      • Introducing new technologies and methods for continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment performance
      • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, standards, and guidelines in maintenance and occupational safety

      Your Profile

      • Technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or a comparable qualification
      • Professional experience in maintenance, ideally in the manufacturing industry
      • Solid knowledge of maintenance methods, fault analysis, reliability management, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
      • Experience with maintenance software and MS Office applications
      • Analytical and problem-solving mindset along with strong communication skills
      • Team-oriented, assertive, and highly self-motivated
      • Very good English skills, German language skills are an advantage
