      Job Title: Maintenance Intern

      About the Role:
      We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Intern to join our Maintenance Department. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside our engineering team, supporting key process improvement initiatives that directly impact production efficiency and machine availability.

      This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects with measurable outcomes, particularly focusing on process control, PM (Preventive Maintenance) process updates, and Compass database improvements.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Assist with updates to our Preventive Maintenance (PM) processes.
      • Support the Compass system database through data collection and process documentation.
      • Contribute to improvements aligned with Chapter 5 standards.
      • Analyze and track Machine Availability (uptime) on a selected production line.
      • Collaborate with and learn from a dedicated mentor on the maintenance engineering team.
      • Provide technical support to ensure efficient, high-quality production processes.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Interest in manufacturing operations, maintenance processes, and process improvement
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills
      • Experience with data systems or databases is a plus
