Responsibilities :

  Install, maintain and repair equipment. Perform equipment PMs and complete work order documentation. Welding & Fabrication Have general knowledge of facilities equipment such as boilers, pumps, de-aerator, control room, air compressors, chiller, dryers, pneumatic controls, valves & HVAC. Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, & hydraulic systems. Operate maintenance shop equipment. Read & interpret documentation such as drawings, manuals and technical bulletins. Use electrical tester to safely check power, fuses, breakers and switches. Operate a forklift, scissor lift and jenny boom. Plan and organize individual work. Install service and repair all equipment in a timely manner. Have and maintain proper hand tools. Maintain good housekeeping throughout plant and shop. Understand and follow all safety procedures. Other duties and related responsibilities as required. This role is a full-time position within our site where we have a team approach to manufacturing. Timely and Regular attendance is crucial to your success and the safety of the team. There is mandatory overtime associated with the role depending upon the needs of the business because, with team-based manufacturing, production areas must be manned for worker safety and may continue beyond the end of a scheduled shift or may require additional overtime hours outside of normal shift schedule. Requirements: High school diploma/GED 1-3 years practical experience in related fields. Welding & fabrication experience Be able to lift thirty pounds over their head at least 4 times in 8 hours. Be able to climb and work from Ladder. Maintenance Certification preferred but not required.
