- Perform timely repairs and preventative maintenance on plant equipment, including filling machines, metal detectors, case erectors, packers, sealers, pasteurizers, motors, pumps, and conveying equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns in manufacturing production equipment.
- Follow safety, GMPs, and environmental standards, adhering to plant technical standards and company regulations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including sensors, limit switches, solenoids, motors, Servos, PLC programming, PID loops, pumps, belt drives, piping, valve diagnosis and replacement, air handling systems, and material delivery systems.
- Identify and implement safety improvements, equipment calibrations, and reliability opportunities.
- Complete preventative maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment, following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Inform operation workers of routine preventative maintenance and operation techniques to control downtime.
- Provide mechanical maintenance information and training to prevent equipment damage.
- Fabricate repair parts or additions for process improvements.
- Serve as an expert resource, providing training and assistance to Operations and other support groups.
- 1-3 years of related experience in industrial maintenance.
- Associates degree, Technical School Certificate, or Military training in electrical or electronics systems, industrial controls, or manufacturing systems/mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with fast-paced food manufacturing environments.

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
$35.00-$45.00 per hour with Quarterly Bonus incentives
