  What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical systems, conveyors, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, PLCs, and control systems
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
  • Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used

  What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Technician, or similar role
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
  • Welding, fabrication, or HVAC experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.

  This is an ESOP company since 2016 (this means it's employee owned). Employees will receive stock in the company after 1 year. They will also receive OT up to 10 hours a week on the regular. Quarterly cash incentive bonuses.
