  Join Our Team as a Commercial Maintenance Technician!

  What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with our Facilities Engineering Manager to inspect, repair, and maintain facilities’ electromechanical/mechanical equipment, plant utilities systems, and physical structures.

  • Tackle complex challenges, including the modification and redesign of equipment or systems.

  • Organize daily work assignments, plan schedules, and execute preventative maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with applicable codes.

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bonus points if you've taken Trade/Vocational School courses in relevant skills!

  • Experience: At least 6 years of hands-on experience with building and electromechanical systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.

  • Licensure/Certification:

    • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no moving violations in the past three years preferred).

    • Ability to pass FIT Certification within the probation period.

    • Vehicle access and adherence to personal insurance coverage requirements as outlined in company policies.

  • Knowledge/Skills: Adept at reading repair manuals and schematic diagrams.
