  Maintenance Technician

  Location: Boise, ID

  Pay: $29 – $35+ per hour (based on experience)

  Shifts Available:

  • Day Shift- Sunday- Tuesday and every other Wednesdays - 7AM-7 PM
  • Night SHIFT - Thursday-Saturday every other Wednesday 7PM-7AM

  What You’ll Tackle:

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems using your deep knowledge and a multimeter in hand.
  • Weld and fabricate custom solutions for repairs and upgrades.
  • Operate and maintain critical systems like DAF, boilers, HVAC, and more.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and hydraulic systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics to ensure safe, effective repairs.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and raising the bar for the whole team.

  What You Bring:

  • Proven skills in mechanical repair, welding, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time management abilities.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
