The job

As Maintenance Planner you will support the Packaging/Logistic Maintenance Department in the Together Towards ZERO and Beyond agenda.

You will be part of the Strategic Plant Maintenance Department, working with 8 expert colleagues in Maintenance.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintaining and improving SAP PM system towards work orders
• Planning/Scheduling, prioritization, effective follow-up, and closing out of work orders
• Implementation and sustainability of Group Maintenance and Carlsberg Excellence Standard
• Coordination/Communication with Production stakeholders
• Maintenance KPI’s and KAI’s Control and Reporting
• Engage with Group Maintenance Teams on improvement projects

What we’re looking for

We imagine that you have an education in engineering, and you have experience as a Maintenance Planner or similar role within a maintenance or production environment. You work professionally with great commitment and integrity and with a customer/consumer focus.

Furthermore, the following required skills and competencies are needed in this role:

• Result-oriented with respect and focus on safety, quality, cost, and time
• Being able to implement and manage change
• Solid analytical thinking with focus on LEAN
• Experienced in SAP PM/MRP or similar Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Experienced in inventory management
• Experienced in dealing with service contractors and spare parts suppliers
• Experienced in working with budgets
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of activities

You will be joining a global organization where you will communicate across departments within Carlsberg Denmark and Carlsberg Group. Therefore, it is required that you are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Danish is desirable.
