      QUALIFICATIONS:

      Must have specialized knowledge of maintenance work, including carpentry, masonry, equipment operation, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning and locksmith capabilities for three schools. Ideal candidate would be in good physical condition. Position involves being on call for emergencies on weekends and at night. Experience in providing oversight to construction projects.

      TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

      Deadline: Until Filled

      Schedule: 260-day contract, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday

      Salary: Commensurate with education and experience
