What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and supervise Mechanics, MRO, and Janitors on shifts
- Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed
- Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks
- Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests
- Drive world-class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of quality procedures and a strong attention to detail
- Excellent judgment, decision-making, and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Lockout Tagout (LOT) safety procedures
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands under pressure
