Job Description
- Req#: 134802
- Perform mechanical repairs to all shop equipment and tools as necessary.
- Use multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical problems (low voltage control circuits, 110 thru 480 single and three phase electrical circuits).
- Read and understand electrical schematics and symbols and modify schematic drawings as needed.
- Complete maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance forms.
- Conduct equipment and safety inspections.
- Part fabrication (welding, cutting etc.).
- Be able to do various jobs around the plant, be it facility maintenance, plumbing etc. Strong ability to fabricate parts from scratch.
- Have knowledge to efficiently diagnose and repair mechanical and pneumatic energy systems.
- Fluent in various schematic readings, equipment drawings and part manual reading with mechanical perception.
- Work directly with production personnel to isolate and repair equipment problems
- Two Year Electrical Degree or two years Industrial Maintenance experience
- Dependable/Flexible to rotating shifts
- High school Diploma or GED Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree
- PLC experience
- Experience with AC & DC Motors, Drives, and Electrical Controls
- Process control design and troubleshooting.
- Auto Cad experience
- Experience working with vendors and contractors
- Must be able to read and write basic English
- Willing to work rotating shifts
