- 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Electrician on CNC machinery.
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting electrically on CNC equipment.
- 3+ years of experience working with Fanuc systems.
- 3+ years of experience working with up to 480V systems.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CNC maintenance and machine repair.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs in the CNC machining department, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, PLC, and pneumatic repairs on all equipment such as Haas and Mazak machining centers. Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical apparatus like transformers, wiring, and electronic components of machinery and equipment, specifically focusing on phase 3 motors and 480V systems. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and ensure compliance with codes. Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories while working with precision equipment to test and diagnose problems within the plant. Plan, direct, and record periodic electrical testing, recommending or initiating modification or replacement of equipment that does not meet acceptable operating standards.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a machining environment, which can be loud. The facility, while not as clean as a food manufacturing setting, is overall nice. The position is for the 1st shift, running Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm. The maintenance team spans three shifts, with a well-aligned culture where responsibilities are clearly defined.

This is a Permanent position based out of RACINE, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70969.60/yr.
Very low turnover
Very tenured workforce, many employees with 25+ years at the company
Reviews at 3, 6, 9 months. Opportunity to advance in level and increase pay at 9 months. Annual reviews after that.
Level system is 1-5. Will most likely start at Entry level rate of $24+ shift premium to get them to $25.46. Level 5 pays $36.48/hour. Receive shift premium even while training on 1st.
2 weeks paid vacation starting out plus 13 paid holidays

401k match $.50 per dollar up to 8%
