Description:

1st shift maintenance technician working in a fresh food environment.

5:30am or 7:30am start time / Monday - Friday / 8-12 hour days depending on orders

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on production equipment, including conveyors, packaging machinery, and refrigeration systems.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, motors, pumps, and other essential equipment.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain efficiency and product integrity.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Assist in facility maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, and general building upkeep.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Understand 3 phase and how to wire machine from low voltage to high voltage with understanding of 220V up to 480V and 3 phase.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
