- You have 1-3 years of experience in a related role or field work and are mechanically and technically inclined with experience using basic shop tools to conduct work on rotating and automated equipment.
- You have knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic system as well as fluid control and flow systems.
- A true team player, you understand that your role has a direct impact on the success of the organization based on the up-time and successful operation of machines and you have a positive mindset; willing to jump in where needed.
- Conduct mechanical and electronic troubleshooting of complex systems where repairs are not immediately visible or obvious. Preferred experience with warehouse distribution systems and/or conveyors.
- Be a team player working with operations and other technicians to support the business — this may require changing focus quickly and remaining efficient.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment as needed and assist with preventative and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Requires the use of basic shop tools, electrical and mechanical working with rotating and automated equipment.
- This role requires the ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Hilco Vision has a state-of-the-art facility in Fairfield, Ohio! We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join the team! The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, making repairs, and doing predictive/preventative maintenance work on distribution equipment. The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will assist with monitoring spare parts, special items, tooling, etc., to maximize equipment up-time as well as working with supervisors/managers/engineers on future improvement projects.
This role requires the ability to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods of time, and complete repetitive motions and the shift is 3:00pm-11:30pm with an occasional Saturday as needed. We pay weekly.
