      We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Country Club Apartments Toledo, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents and on-site maintenance calls.

      • Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 an hour
      • PLUS up to $750 quarterly bonuses
      Up to $100 a week additional pay when on-call if you get called out or not!

      What We Need from you:

      • Valid Driver's License
      • On-Call Rotation ($100.00 bonus)
      • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
      • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
      • Basic Electrical, Drywall, Plumbing and Hand Tool knowledge
