      Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Technician.

      As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.

      Responsibilities

      • Implement preventative maintenance, safety, and good housekeeping practices.
      • Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
      • Organize, prioritize, and promptly complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks.
      • Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
      • Perform minor repairs on units' appliances, floors, walls, cabinets, doors, and fixtures.
      • Follow all safety procedures, including wearing safety and protective clothing.
      • Maintain inventories of supplies, tools, and equipment needed for repairs.

      Qualifications

      • One-year maintenance experience in property management or a related field
      • Possession of minimum tools required
      • Ability to be available “on call” 24 hours, seven days a week
      • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
      • Valid Driver’s License

      Required Testing

      • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

      Position Type

      • Hourly Rate - Non-Exempt, Based on Experience
