- HVAC certification preferred
- Special Electrical License preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
- Minimum of one to two years’ experience working within trades associated with construction, maintenance and repair of facilities.
- Must possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools and skilled maintenance i.e. plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering/sheet rocking, machine servicing, heating and ventilations, electrical or mechanical.
