Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper function of all restaurant equipment and facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs to uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness in our fat-food establishments.

* Communication with owners, Regional Managers and Office Personnel.

*Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical systems.

*Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, including fryers, tea machines, ovens, hot water machines and proofers etc.

*Perform routine cleaning and sensitization of all maintenance areas and equipment.

*Respond promptly to maintenance requests from district mangers to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.

* Assist in the setup and tear-down of special events or promotions as needed.

*maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed, including pars and materials.

*Collaborate with management to develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules..

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Assist with inventory management of maintenance supplies and equipment.

* Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new equipment and maintenance techniques.

* Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a fast-food or restaurant environment.

* Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

* Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of kitchen equipment.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
