Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Maintain interior and exterior common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
Complete minor carpentry, painting, appliance, and general repairs.
Supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff, when applicable.
Manage inventory and submit maintenance records and reports.
Comply with all safety regulations and building codes.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred
3–5 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience required
Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Relevant certifications (HVAC, OSHA, etc.) a plus
Valid driver's license required

Job Description:
Location: Harvard Village Senior Apartments
Part time 25 hours a week.
On-Call Requirement:
This position requires availability for on-call duties 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician ensures the proper operation, safety, and upkeep of senior housing facilities. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
