  Maintenance Technician
  Location: Columbus Ohio 43232
  Pay Range: $25 - $28/hr, paid weekly
  Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
  • Potential for overtime if needed.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  • Perform non-scheduled and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and buildings.
  • Install and revise plant and facility equipment with assistance from lower-level mechanics or contractors.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and electronic controls, including PLC, HMI, and PC systems.
  • Fabricate fixtures and equipment from drawings or concepts.
  • Utilize CMMS software to record maintenance activities and parts usage.
  • Maintain electrical, piping, and fluid pumping systems.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in additional functions such as welding, HVAC, control circuits, or fabrication.
  • Use basic maintenance testing and measuring equipment.
  • Read and understand blueprints and technical materials.
  Requirements
  • Five years of hands-on maintenance experience; formal training in related technical areas desired.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills across various organizational levels.
  • Self-starter with initiative to resolve issues independently.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Experience driving a forklift and working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Flexibility for emergency or unplanned work outside regular hours.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
