- Perform routine maintenance on blow mold/injection machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
- Utilize PLC troubleshooting to maintain equipment functionality.
- Operate voltmeters and other diagnostic tools.
- Work with gear reducers, motors, cylinders, valves, and actuators.
- Experience with blow molding/ injection molding equipment
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of hydraulic and pneumatic experience.
- 2+ years of electrical experience (480v).
- Proficient in using schematics and blueprints for troubleshooting.
- Experience with electronics and air circuitry.
- Knowledge of working with voltmeters and diagnostic equipment.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician II $28-35/hr
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing and production environment, which may involve exposure to high places, moving machinery, temperature variations, dust, odors, and fumes. The environment is loud. Shifts available include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with additional shift differentials for overnight and mid shifts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58323.00 - $64792.00/yr.
