- Troubleshoot and complete repairs on ASRS equipment used to store and retrieve materials in the distribution center.
- Complete preventative maintenance on ASRS equipment used to store and retrieve materials in the distribution center.
- Design and fabricate devices used within the distribution center to improve worker safety and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and complete repairs on equipment used to package and move materials in the facility.
- Make repairs to the facilities on and off site
- Knowledge of skilled areas such as electronics, electrical, welding, HVAC, and plumbing helpful.
- The ability to operate material handling equipment (sit down forklift, extender, and cherry picker, sled/tugger/rabbit)
Basic Purpose:
With daily supervision from supervisor and Lead Technician, perform general maintenance of all equipment and systems supporting the distribution center. Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment, machines, and material handling equipment. Weld and fabricate new and existing equipment.
