Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• We are seeking a well-rounded Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical and proficiency in electrical systems
• This role involves working with a team of technicians to ensure the continuous operation of plant machinery through proactive and reactive maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive preventive maintenance (PMs) and reactive maintenance on plant machinery
• Update PMs in the computer system throughout the shiftt
• Prioritize and address machine breakdowns immediately
• Collaborate with other technicians to repair machines and maintain production
• Handle both simple and complex repairs as part of a team
• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace pumps, motors, conveyors, and other mechanical components
• Read blueprints and perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs up to 480V
• Support the team in all maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing manufacturing/production equipment
• Experience with pumps, conveyors, preventive maintenance, quick tube disconnects for plumbing/pumps, gearboxes, gears, motors, welding,
• plumbing/piping, drive shafts, sprockets, cams, chains, and oiling/greasing
• 1+ year of experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing manufacturing/production equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot PLCs, track and trace electrical issues, and work with voltages up to 480V
• Basic computer skills for reporting maintenance tasks
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $35.00/hr.
