- Appropriate licenses for job e.g. fork lift, electrical, air conditioning;
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting and physical labor;
- Willingness/ability to work as a team member;
- Good organization skills;
- Valid driver's license;
- History of good job attendance; and

| GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Maintenance Technician will maintain the physical facilities, school plant, and grounds in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of it may be made at all times.
| QUALIFICATIONS
| STARTING DATE As Soon as Possible
| SALARY $29.79 – 33.61/hour ($61,963 – 69,909) with placement based on experience
| WORK SCHEDULE 260 days per year; 8 hours per day
