Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled maintenance technicians for 2nd shift and 3rd shift positions. You will be working in a clean, temperature-controlled, and quiet environment, with state-of-the-art facilities. Each technician is provided with their own tablet for work orders and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Respond to operator calls and troubleshoot issues, comprising 50-60% of the job.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor edits on Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs.
• Repair and troubleshoot cameras and vision systems.
• Work with 3-phase and single-phase motors.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints for electrical cabinets.
• Perform minor in-house fabrication for electrical cabinets.
• Rehome, set points, and start up Fanuc and Motoman robots.
• Replace sensors and vision system components.

Essential Skills

• Experience in PLC troubleshooting, particularly with Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs.
• Electrical troubleshooting, including 480v systems.
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
• Ability to read schematics and perform preventive maintenance.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong electrical skills are highly desirable.
• No specific educational or certification requirements.

Work Environment

Work in an 80,000 sq foot, clean, and temperature-controlled facility. The environment is not noisy, and you will be part of a team of 15 maintenance technicians. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and there is an annual allowance of $150 for boots.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $60320.00/yr.
