- Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems used in manufacturing processes.
- Maintain and service welding equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
- Install, repair, or replace building components such as doors, windows, and locks.
- Handle general facility upkeep, including tasks like salting sidewalks and patching drywall.
- Conduct repairs on robotic systems and their control units.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Carry out scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and infrastructure.
- Maintain and service equipment such as presses, punches, HVAC systems, overhead doors, fire extinguishers, and cranes.
- Perform regular walkthroughs to assess the condition of the facility and grounds.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs on an on-call basis, although this is an extremely rare circumstance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Formal training in maintenance or electrical systems, or a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Experience with hydraulic systems.
- Strong experience in electromechanical repair and troubleshooting.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with PLCs, electrical systems, and machinery.
- Familiarity with safety and operational standards including 5S, OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, HAZMAT, forklift safety, overhead crane operation, and quality systems.
- Certifications in electrical, robotics, or maintenance fields are a plus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hoyt Lakes, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
