      Job Title: Maintenance Technician

      Job Description

      We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, or packaging industries. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment, including case packers, case sealers, filler machines, wrappers, labelers, and palletizers. Proficiency in working with electrical systems, specifically 480VAC & 24VDC power, is essential. Additionally, the role involves operating and maintaining Treated Water Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems and repairing Air Dryers, Cappers, Blenders, Case Coders, Fuji, Nitrogen Injection systems, Fillers, Line Seamers, and Dud Detectors.

      Responsibilities

      • Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as case packers, case sealers, filler machines, wrappers, labelers, and palletizers.
      • Work with electrical systems including 480VAC & 24VDC power.
      • Operate and maintain Treated Water Reverse Osmosis (RO) System.
      • Repair and maintain Air Dryers, Cappers, Blenders, Case Coders, Fuji, Nitrogen Injection systems, Fillers, Line Seamers, and Dud Detectors.
      • Troubleshoot, program, and install variable frequency drives (VFD).

      Work Environment

      The position operates on a 2-2-3 with working hours from 6 PM to 6:30 AM. Training will be conducted during the day for 2-4 weeks. This schedule includes a shift differential, creating a rewarding and engaging work atmosphere.

      The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $91520.00/yr.
