      Job Title: Maintenance Technician

      Job Description

      Join us as a Maintenance Technician in our fast-paced, temperature-controlled facility.

      The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all production machinery, electrical troubleshooting and repair of equipment up to 480 volts. You'll work with drives, motors, VFD's, 3 phase motors, high-speed packaging machines, conveyors, belts, and more. You'll check fluid levels, work with hydraulics, sensors, switches, and replace filters. If you are able, PLC troubleshooting repair is also part of the role.

      Responsibilities

      • Maintain and repair production machinery.
      • Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment up to 480 volts.
      • Work with drives, motors, VFD's, 3 phase motors, high-speed packaging machines, conveyors, and belts.
      • Check fluid levels and work with hydraulics, sensors, and switches.
      • Replace filters and perform PLC troubleshooting repair, if capable.
      • Follow Lockout Tagout procedures.
      • Utilize SAP system for preventive maintenance.
      • Demonstrate flexibility in addressing machine breakdowns.

      Essential Skills

      • Mechanical troubleshooting experience.
      • Electrical troubleshooting experience.
      • Hydraulic/Pneumatic troubleshooting expertise.
      • Experience with Lockout Tagout procedures.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Industrial maintenance experience.
      • PLC troubleshooting knowledge.
      • Exposure to continuous improvement programs.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $29.76 - $33.42/hr.
