Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at a distribution center specializing in healthcare products. This role involves setting up, adjusting, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing assigned equipment while ensuring both production efficiency and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment as needed.
• Perform routine troubleshooting on all warehouse forklift equipment, which will constitute approximately 70% of the job.
• Document all work performed in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Conduct root cause analysis for major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance mechanics as needed.
• Perform facility maintenance tasks including light bulb changes, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile repairs, carpentry tasks, plumbing repairs, and maintaining maintenance logs.

Shift / Pay

• 1st Shift
• $30 - $35 an hour

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $76960.00/yr.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Kansas City,MO.
