About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in preparing customer units for leasing. Your tasks will include painting, drywall repair, patching, and light carpentry. You'll also handle essential maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs, locks, and appliances, as well as performing janitorial duties to keep our facilities in top shape

Key Responsibilities

• Perform painting, drywall repair, and patching tasks to ensure units are ready for new tenants
• Conduct light carpentry work
• Fix and replace appliances, lightbulbs, locks, and other fixtures as needed
• Carry out janitorial duties, including garbage disposal and facility upkeep

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in painting, carpentry, drywall, or general contracting
• Skills in appliance repair, light fixtures, and remodeling
• Valid state-issued license

Work Environment

• Location: Facilities based in Latham, Guilderland, or Saratoga Springs. Employees will work at one location.
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Team: Join a collaborative team of 3-5 other technicians.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
